Senior Product Photo Editor and Retoucher

Our small, but well-equipped Art Department is looking for a dynamic, creative, dedicated, detail-oriented, self-starting product photo editor & digital image retoucher to help with the ongoing development of innovative graphic and photographic content. Responsibilities include retouching images of products for product packaging, print materials, catalogs, online graphics, and other visually stunning promotional materials.

Job Responsibilities:
> Re-touch, crop, edit, color-correct, and apply color grading to images for flawless consistency across all platforms.
> Perform video and image quality assurance prior to delivery to ensure correct file naming, pixel dimensions, margins, color space, cropping, color, quality standards, etc.
> Edit video footage for social media platforms YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, as needed.
> Organize and maintain a structured library of edited images and videos, ensuring files are properly labeled with correct file naming conventions.
> Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team.
> Ensure that all project tasks and asset deliverables are completed to specification, pixel-perfect, and on-time.

Basic Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, OR equivalent art portfolio.
> 5+ years professional experience in a photo graphic design role or related position.
> Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign.
> Expert skills in image retouching and editing.
> A keen attention to detail, and a desire to continually collaborate, create, develop, and grow creative initiatives within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
