Full Stack Developer – RPM Platform (Remote Patient Monitoring)

Taskfer is a U.S.-based health tech startup building a modern Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform to help providers manage chronic care, collect vitals from connected devices, and streamline billing under Medicare. We’re creating an all-in-one solution that enables doctors and clinical teams to monitor patients remotely and improve outcomes through accessible, tech-enabled care.

Job Description:
We’re hiring a full stack developer to lead development of our RPM platform. This is a hands-on role that involves building secure, scalable systems for healthcare data, patient engagement, and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the frontend (admin dashboards, patient/provider portals) using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build backend services including APIs, databases, and integrations with third-party health platforms and devices
- Handle authentication, access control, and compliance with HIPAA standards
- Implement data workflows from connected health devices (e.g., Transtek, 1bios)
- Build reporting tools for CMS billing codes (e.g., 99453, 99454, 99457)
- Collaborate closely with internal ops and clinical staff to iterate features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
