What You'll Be Doing (and What We're Looking For You to Know!)

As our Junior Automation Specialist at The Creative Dino, you'll be instrumental in setting up and managing a variety of automated processes. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like:

Workflow Wizardry: You'll be comfortable navigating and building intricate automations using tools like Make (formerly Integromat) and N8N. If you can connect disparate apps and make them sing, you're our kind of person!
Custom GPT & AI Agent Architect: We're excited about the future of AI, and we need someone who can help us build and implement custom GPTs and set up AI agents using various third-party tools. Your creativity in leveraging AI will be key!
Zapier Pro: You'll be a whiz with Zapier, creating seamless connections between our essential business applications.
Social Media & Email Automation Guru: Automating our social media presence and email communications will be a significant part of your role, ensuring consistent engagement and outreach.
AI Tool Familiarity: You should be comfortable and familiar with popular AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT.
Beyond the Tools: This role is all about problem-solving. We're looking for someone who can identify inefficiencies and propose automated solutions that genuinely improve our processes.

Airtable: For database management and project tracking.
GoHighLevel (GHL): For marketing and sales automation.
