About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Telephone Intake & Sales Closer to help us manage and convert incoming leads at our family law firm. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, skilled at handling sales conversations, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setting.

This job is 80% sales and 20?min. You’ll speak with potential clients, book paid consultations, update records, and follow up regularly.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and speak with prospective clients

Sell paid consultations by clearly communicating the value of our services

Conduct intake interviews and gather client details over the phone

Update and manage client information using Excel, Word, and CRM tools

Follow up with leads who haven’t yet booked consultations

Electronically file court documents and manage deadlines

Track client progress and report weekly on performance

Client Communication Expectations
Our clients are based in the southern U.S. and are most comfortable speaking with someone who sounds familiar and easy to understand. Because of this, we’re looking for tea ---------- mbers who can communicate clearly and confidently in English, with a neutral or easy-to-understand accent that helps clients feel comfortable and well-supported from the first call.

If you have experience working with U.S.-based clients, that’s a plus. We're also open to candidates whose spoken English naturally fits well with our audience.

What We're Looking For
2+ years experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles

Strong phone presence, active listening, and clear communication

Comfortable handling sensitive topics like divorce or custody

Tech-savvy with tools like Outlook, Slack, Excel, and CRMs

Able to type at least 50 WPM accurately while speaking with clients

Reliable internet, quiet work area, and strong attention to detail

A dependable team player who’s self-motivated and organized
