Job Title: Creative Strategist for Fast-Growing E-commerce Brand (Full-Time, Remote)

Job Description:

Are you a creative powerhouse with a strategic mindset and a passion for scaling e-commerce brands?

We’re an ambitious e-commerce company in the process of transitioning from a successful dropshipping model into a long-term, content-driven brand. With big plans for product expansion and high-performance advertising, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team and take full ownership of our ad creative process.

? Important: Previous experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or performance marketing is a requirement. Please only apply if you have proven experience in this field.

???? What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the full creative pipeline — from concept to launch
- Sourcing and managing UGC creators and freelancers
- Writing or overseeing performance-driven ad scripts
- Planning, briefing, and reviewing content shoots (remote)
- Working with editors to produce highly engaging video ads
- Continuously optimizing creatives based on performance metrics
- Consistently delivering 30+ ad creatives per week across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Staying up-to-date with the latest ad creative trends and strategies in the DTC space

? What We’re Looking For:
- Required: At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce/DTC advertising
- Deep understanding of ad creative psychology, hooks, and buyer behavior
- Hands-on attitude — you’re not just a strategist, but a doer
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working with and managing editors, creators, and writers
- Basic video editing and scriptwriting skills are a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
