Full-Time Video Editor & Social Media

We’re SJR London, a luxury fashion recruitment agency and the team behind The Runway to Excellence podcast. We’re hiring a full-time video editor + VA to create and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Edit long and short-form video content

Repurpose podcast & brand footage into Reels, Shorts, and TikToks

Design high-quality thumbnails for YouTube and social content

Add subtitles, captions, transitions, and B-roll

Suggest hooks and content ideas to boost engagement

Maintain a clean, premium luxury style

Must-Haves:

Experience editing for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube

Strong English and communication skills

Reliable, creative, and detail-oriented

Bonus: Familiar with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
