We’re looking for a tech-savvy operator who knows how to connect systems, streamline processes, and harness the power of AI. If you've built real automations, played with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or Python, and you're excited to keep experimenting, this role is for you.

You’ll work directly with the founder across multiple businesses and become the go-to AI & automation person in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and optimize automated workflows with tools like Zapier, ---------- , Airtable, Notion, or custom scripts

Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and others to enhance business processes

Help launch and improve internal tools, dashboards, bots, and automations

Stay on top of the latest tools and trends, testing and sharing what works

Support the founder with technical tasks, projects, and automation-driven growth initiatives

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, APIs, Python, etc.)

Regularly use or experiment with AI tools for real tasks, not just fun

Can figure things out without step-by-step instructions

Are fast, resourceful, and excited by new tools and smarter systems

Want to grow into a high-impact, multi-skilled role
