The Role:
You’ll be responsible for designing eye-catching, scroll-stopping ad creatives that align with direct-response principles. Working closely with copywriters and media buyers, you’ll turn proven hooks and messaging into static images, carousels, and simple animations optimized for Meta ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Design bright, bold, conversion-focused ad creatives for our clients ads to maximise lead generation
Maintain compliance with Meta’s advertising policies (no misleading elements, exaggerated claims, etc.).
Create multiple variants for A/B testing — testing different headlines, colors, layouts, and offers.
Collaborate with the ad team to iterate based on performance data.
Stay updated on direct-response trends and Meta platform changes.
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience designing Meta ads (bonus if for competitions, e-comm, or lead-gen).
Strong portfolio showcasing ads that perform, not just look good.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma/Canva.
Understanding of visual hierarchy, mobile-first design, and AIDA/PAS frameworks.
Ability to work quickly and iterate on feedback.
Bonus: Motion graphics/video editing skills (for reels, stories, or animated text).
