We’re on the hunt for a creative, data-curious, audience-obsessed person to help us grow our YT presence-and potentially more.

You don’t need 3 years of YT experience or a fancy degree. What you do need is:

- A sense for what makes someone stop scrolling and click
- A head that loves numbers as much as storytelling
- And a gut instinct for what makes an audience feel seen

What you’ll actually be doing:

- Reworking video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to make them irresistible
- Designing scroll-stopping thumbnails using Midjourney + your creative chops
- Digging into audience behaviour (YT analytics, comment sections, community posts)
- Suggesting and running small A/B tests to improve reach and retention
- Getting familiar with our storytelling voice and why listeners come back for more

- Strong writing skills (you know how to write copy people *want* to click)
- Visual taste (you can spot a weak thumbnail from 50 feet)
- A working knowledge of YT SEO, algorithms, and what makes them tick
