Graphic Design and Video Editing VA

We are seeking a highly proficient and specialized Virtual Assistant with exceptional skills in graphic design and video editing. This role is crucial for creating compelling visual content for Meta Ads and other platforms. Beyond creative tasks, you will also handle essential general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create professional, on-trend, and potentially viral static ads and other visual content using software like Canva, Figma, and Photoshop.
Video Editing: Edit videos for Meta Ads and other platforms, ensuring high quality and adherence to current trends, using tools like CapCut.
General Administration: Perform basic admin tasks including sending emails and data entry.
Communication: Maintain active communication via Slack and manage tasks in ClickUp.

Desired Skills (Bonus):

Basic understanding of Meta Ads, including knowledge of viral trends and content.
Ability to build landing pages and basic funnels.

Schedule & Compensation:

3 days per week
Ideal Days: Wednesday - Friday (flexibility considered for the right candidate).
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PHT (with a 30-minute unpaid break).

Response Times:
30 minutes during work hours.
4 hours during non-work days but business hours.
24 hours outside business hours.
Pay: ?250 PHP per hour.
Bonuses: Includes 6-weekly KPI bonuses and a 13th-month bonus.
