Operations Manager – Supply Chain Manager – Shopify Dropshipping

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our fast-growing Shopify dropshipping business. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitor and process of unfulfilled orders
- Resolve address errors in real-time
- Manage out-of-stock situations and propose suitable solutions
- Handle delayed orders and communicate updates to customers
- Request quality checks and size charts
- Accept quotes

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a supply chain or operations role (preferably in dropshipping or e-commerce)
- Strong spreadsheet skills including comfort with formulas, filtering, and data management
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability
- Understanding of basic e-commerce logistics and customer satisfaction principles

Nice to Have:
- Previously worked as a SCM for drop shipping store before
- Can bring operations leadership
