I am looking for a long term employee. I will pay weekly to start and then twice a month.

I have high expectations and expect to see work done everyday. At the end of each day, please send me a spreadsheet with the work you accomplished that day. No missed days in the first month of work.

I want to talk on a weekly basis on skype - not just communicate via email. It is critical that you tell me when you have questions or when you aren't sure how to proceed. This is very important to me.

I want someone who is organized, can work independently and has HTML, photoshop and general internet skills.

You will start with formatting content to add to an active ecommerce site.

Next, you will set up 301 redirects of a site that is changing to a new platform. For each page of the old site, you will list the address for the new site.

Next, you will do research for a new web site I am launching.

Each week, there will be new projects to work on.
