This is a dual-role opportunity combining content strategy and freight coordination. You’ll be managing our social media presence while supporting day-to-day brokerage operations — perfect for someone creative, organized, and excited to grow within the logistics industry.
Social Media & Branding
Design eye-catching graphics and carousels (Canva or Adobe)
Post regularly on LinkedIn and Instagram to attract shippers and recruit freight agents
Write short-form blogs and create industry-related content to position R&R as a thought leader
Build and manage a content calendar aligned with R&R’s goals
Help script, post, and edit video snippets for engagement
Support recruitment and awareness campaigns for our Freight Agent Program
Logistics Coordination
Post loads to load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
Answer carrier calls and book loads in alignment with pricing and client needs
Generate and send Rate Confirmations
Assist with load tracking and updates
Collaborate with our internal team to maintain on-time performance and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
2+ years in social media, marketing, or graphic design
1+ year experience in freight brokerage or logistics operations
Knowledge of load boards and TMS systems (bonus if you’ve used AscendTMS, McLeod, or similar)
Strong writing, design, and communication skills
Creative mindset with operational follow-through
Ability to stay organized while juggling content deadlines and booking freight
Comfortable answering carrier calls and thinking on your feet
