Role Overview
Location: Philippines (Remote)

Type: Full-time, USD 800/month fixed salary + Performance-Based Sales Incentives

This is a remote sales role, ideal for self-driven professionals with strong HR networks. You’ll play a critical role in acquiring new enterprise clients in the Philippines and establishing Voece AI in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing
Tap into your network – Connect with CHROs, HR Directors, and TA leaders across industries

Drive new business – Target mid-to-large enterprises, qualify prospects, and move deals forward

Consult and educate – Help clients understand the ROI of conversational AI in recruitment

Own the sales cycle – From lead generation to demo to closing deals

What You’ll Get from Us
Complete product and sales training

Co-pitch support for the first few client demos

Ongoing technical and proposal support

Help with contracts, pricing, and deal closure strategy

Who We’re Looking For
Strong HR/Recruitment Network in the Philippines – You know the decision-makers

5+ Years of Enterprise Software Sales – Preferably in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or ATS

Consultative Selling Mindset – You’re great at diagnosing pain points and building trust

Independent and Entrepreneurial – You take ownership and move fast

Clear Communicator – You're persuasive, present well, and understand stakeholder dynamics

Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience selling to HR teams or in the recruitment space

Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HR tech platforms

Background in account management or customer success

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related field
