** Job Opportunity: Project Manager’s Assistant & Web Developer (Remote - PH Based) **

** About the Role**

We're looking for someone smart, skilled, and serious about their work to join us as a Project Manager’s Assistant and Web Developer. You’ll start by supporting the Project Manager (that’s me, Mark) — handling web tasks, communication, task management, and quality control.

If you show initiative, capability, and reliability, this role will grow into a full Project Manager position — with more responsibility, autonomy, and pay.

** What You’ll Be Doing (Initially) **

* Attending project discovery meetings via Zoom and taking clear notes
* Helping document project specs, timelines, and action items
* Updating and managing tasks in ClickUp for developers and designers
* Responding to and logging customer queries from email and phone
* Reviewing completed work against the original brief
* Tracking time worked and assisting with simple billing tasks
* Providing technical help with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor
* Supporting communication between clients, developers, and internal teams
* Assisting with documentation, tea ---------- etings, and issue tracking
* Support web developers with overflow tasks

** Role Growth (If You Prove Yourself) **

* Take the lead on project planning and delivery
* Delegate and follow up on team responsibilities
* Handle direct client communication and approvals
* Troubleshoot roadblocks and reallocate resources
* Report on KPIs, profitability, and timelines
* Own the end-to-end delivery of digital projects

** Skills & Tools You’ll Need **

* Must-Have Hard Skills: *

* Strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor/Elementor Pro
* Comfortable with basic plugin development and debugging
* Familiar with cPanel, site migrations, and task tracking in ClickUp
* Solid understanding of email tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or FunnelKit
* Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, and 3CX (or other VoIP)

* Must-Have Soft Skills: *

* Great English – both written and spoken
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Can take initiative, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems
* Keeps commitments and communicates clearly
* Can manage pressure without dropping the ball

** Bonus Points For: **

* WHMCS experience
* Familiarity with basic IT tasks (Windows environments)
* Self-development mindset

** Schedule & Pay **
Start with: ---------- hours/week (4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri)

Hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm Perth time (non-negotiable)

Grow into: $6/hour or more, up to full-time hours and profit-sharing
