JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
Sprout Behavioral Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to oversee various operational initiatives and support the leadership team in managing day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing systems to streamline processes, manage projects, and ensure the smooth execution of key tasks, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic growth and client services.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Manage ongoing projects (e.g., scheduling, client intake, staff performance reviews, system integrations) and ensure they are completed on time and meet the company’s standards.


Process Improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency and propose solutions to streamline operations, focusing on automating repetitive tasks and creating smoother workflows.


Team Support: Act as the main point of contact for the leadership team regarding project updates. Ensure clear communication between all departments to track progress and address potential roadblocks.


Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Oversee scheduling coordination, ensuring that therapists, RBTs, and other staff members are allocated efficiently and effectively. Ensure that all clients receive uninterrupted services, even during staff absences.


Performance Reviews: Coordinate and prepare for BCBA and RBT performance reviews, ensuring feedback is provided in a timely and structured manner.


Communication: Facilitate clear communication between the leadership team, staff, and families. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and updated on key project milestones, deadlines, and changes.


Reporting & Documentation: Regularly provide reports on the status of ongoing projects, performance metrics, and progress against key goals. Maintain up-to-date documentation and tracking systems (e.g., ---------- ).


Vendor and Outsourced Team Management: Liaise with outsourced tea ---------- mbers (e.g., virtual assistants, contractors) to ensure timely project completion. Oversee and monitor performance, providing guidance and feedback where necessary.


Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar organizational role.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse team.


Ability to work independently and proactively manage projects without constant supervision.


Experience with project management tools (e.g., ---------- , Asana, Trello) preferred.


High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.


Strong understanding of the ABA industry or a willingness to learn.


Positive and collaborative approach to working with tea ---------- mbers.
