Position: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)

About Us:
We're a growing Australian manufacturing company specializing in agricultural equipment. As we scale up, we need a reliable bookkeeping and admin professional to handle our financial operations while our team focuses on production and growth.

What You'll Do:
• Manage daily bookkeeping in Xero (bank reconciliation, invoicing, expense tracking)
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Handle HR administration (leave tracking, onboarding, employee files)
• Support purchasing processes and inventory management
• Answer phones during Australian business hours (when available)
• Prepare quarterly expense reports and financial summaries
• General administrative tasks as the business grows

What We're Looking For:
• MUST HAVE: Strong experience with Xero accounting software (including payroll)
• Knowledge of Australian business practices (GST, superannuation, award wages)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bookkeeping certification or relevant experience
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Long-term commitment (we want to grow together!)

Bonus Points For:
• Previous experience with Australian companies
• HR administration experience
• Manufacturing or inventory experience
• Available during Australian business hours (AEST)
