We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Klaviyo
This role is a blend of technical execution, creativity, and basic data analysis. While not typically responsible for high-level strategy, they are the essential drivers of the day-to-day marketing automation efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:

•Flow Management: Setting up and maintaining fundamental automated
•List Management & Segmentation: Importing subscriber lists, ensuring list health, and creating basic customer segments based on properties like purchase history or engagement level for targeted messaging.
•Content Implementation: Placing copy, images, and other creative assets provided by the marketing or design team into
•Basic A/B Testing: Assisting with or running simple A/B tests on elements like
•Performance Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and flows, including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue attribution.
Essential Skills for an Entry-Level Specialist:
•Platform Familiarity: A foundational understanding of the Klaviyo dashboard, including how to navigate to campaigns, flows, profiles, and analytics sections.
•Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously check
•Basic Technical Aptitude: Comfort with learning new software and understanding concepts like triggers, filters, and conditional logic within flows.
•Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication to collaborate with tea
•Organisational Skills: The ability to manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks, such as building a weekly campaign while monitoring an active flow.
A Typical Day or Week Might Involve:
•Building next week's promotional
•Testing the campaign to ensure it displays correctly on both desktop and mobile devices.
•Checking the performance of the active Welcome Series flow to see how new subscribers are engaging.
•Pulling a report on the results of the previous week's newsletter to share with the marketing manager.
•Creating a new subscriber segment for an upcoming targeted promotion.
•Updating the content of an abandoned cart
We have 1 full-time position available and following Australian time.
We require that the candidate will have very reliable and fast internet access and Microsoft Teams.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with great remuneration paid monthly.
