The Opportunity
Are you a talented writer with a strong understanding of technical concepts?
Do you have a passion for creating clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand content?
If so, we are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer to join our growing team.
In this exciting role, you will play a key role in helping us develop and execute our cross-platform technical content strategy. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, immigration attorneys, and the content team to create a range of content to inform, educate, and support our clients, and potential clients.
We offer this both as a full-time or contract position based on your preference.

Responsibilities:
Prepare numerous application-related documents covering diverse technical topics to support our client needs
Assist with scholarly articles, press articles, thought leadership publications, letters of support, business plans and applications.
Produce a variety of technical content related to membership in professional organizations, awards, and judging in hackathons and similar events, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice and tone in all content.
Create engaging blog posts, knowledge base articles, case studies, and other content to attract target audience and build and enhance brand awareness.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest immigration regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Analyze content performance and develop strategies for enhancement.
Develop and execute content strategy, ensuring high-quality publications tailored to the intended audience/institution.
Demonstrate creativity in writing for complex assignments.


Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing and content creation.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate complex information into easy-to-understand content..
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Understanding of the US immigration system.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Mastery of GPT-based writing tools.
Define the Content Strategy and create a publication of the highest quality for its intended audience/ institution
Demonstrated creativity when writing complex assignments.
