Senior Creative Designer (Must Have Singapore Events or Agency Experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can think fast, design smart, and execute with clarity. You must have worked for a Singapore-based events company or integrated marketing agency—no exceptions. We need someone who understands real-world constraints, tight timelines, and clients who expect world-class work.

Your Responsibilities
* Own visual design for event decks, creative proposals, and post-event reports
* Translate creative concepts into visuals that land—fast, clean, effective
* Collaborate with creative leads and producers to bring concepts to life
* Design for live event environments (stage backdrops, booths, LED walls, etc.)
* Maintain brand consistency across all assets (client and internal)
* Use our Proposal Builder templates—no building decks from scratch unless needed

Must-Have Experience
* Minimum 5 years in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a Singapore-based events company or integrated marketing agency
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Strong portfolio of live event visuals, pitch decks, or campaign materials
* Understanding of event production timelines and last-minute change handling
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have
* Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
* Familiarity with Canva and Google Slides (our pitch decks live here)
* Exposure to regional markets in Southeast Asia
