JOB OVERVIEW

As a Tier 2 Outreach & Pricing Specialist, you take vetted contracts from Tier 1 and bring them to life. This role involves vendor outreach, price gathering, and compiling the foundational cost and delivery data needed to make a competitive bid. You are the link between research and execution—turning potential into strategy.

Core Responsibilities
Join daily team check-ins (Mon–Fri) with U.S.-based management.
Review and verify Tier 1 contract summaries for completeness and clarity.
Contact vendors and subcontractors to: Confirm availability and pricing
Collect quotes for products and services
Clarify delivery timelines and lead times
Build rough cost estimates using data collected.
Document and summarize findings in Jira.
Maintain communication logs using Apollo and RingCentral
Prepare clean handoffs and support Tier 3 in final contract evaluation and bid submission.

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written English communication
Comfortable calling or emailing vendors in the US
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Familiarity with pricing, quoting, or procurement a strong plus
Able to translate raw contract data into cost and delivery terms

Nice to Have:
Experience with sourcing, logistics, or federal procurement
Familiarity with Jira or client tracking tools
