We’re an Australian health and wellness brand focused on making complete nutrition simple. Our product range includes organic superfoods, meal replacement shakes, and supplements designed to support real people with real lives.

We are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing health and wellness brand. If you’re someone who loves getting things done, enjoys working with a team, and is willing to learn, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You won’t be expected to master these tasks on day one. You’ll receive full training and grow into the role. Over time, here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

1. Admin & Technical Support
* Provide day-to-day assistance to the marketing team
* Export Figma designs and configure templates in Klaviyo
* Organize and hand off creative assets for the media buyer

2. Email Marketing
* Build, schedule, and launch Klaviyo flows & campaigns
* Manage subscriber lists and segmentation
* Report on A/B tests, open rates, clicks, and conversions

3. Social Media & Content Scheduling
* Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and other platforms
* Write on-brand captions and stay current on trends and holidays
* Coordinate video/photo assets for social, email, and seasonal promotions

4. Performance Reporting
* Track key marketing KPIs
* Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
* Use insights to help optimize future campaigns
* As you ramp up, you’ll own more of each area.

* Is passionate about learning, with a genuine interest in marketing and human psychology
* Is willing to be trained and eager to grow
* Can follow instructions and work independently
* Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Communicates clearly in both written and spoken English
* Collaborates effectively, responds to messages in a timely manner
* Maintains a distraction-free workspace with reliable internet
* Brings creativity and strong problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* Familiarity with Klaviyo
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
Basic Canva editing or Figma proficiency
Prior work in wellness or e-commerce brands
