Community Financial Empowerment Group, LLC (CFEG) is hiring a Virtual Assistant to help us create, refresh, and maintain our digital platforms while supporting our mission of mindset growth, leadership development, and community empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, update, and manage websites and digital platforms (Kajabi, WordPress, etc.)

Create engaging digital content and visuals (Canva) and other platforms, impress me!

Schedule and manage social media posts, data driven decisions highly valued!

Propose and implement automation tools and process improvements

Provide ongoing platform support and operational enhancements

Requirements:
Strong experience in web design and digital platform support

Fluent in Canva, Google Workspace, Calendly, and similar tools

Proactive and accountable with exceptional attention to detail

Motivated by personal growth, leadership, and problem-solving

Ready to contribute during a 90-day trial period to ensure the role is a mutual fit
