About the Role
As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as the central liaison between clients, chauffeurs, and our company. You’ll handle everything from taking reservation calls and confirming trip details to assigning drivers, monitoring trips, and resolving last-minute issues. This is a remote position that requires focus, flexibility, strong communication, and multitasking abilities.

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Support & Reservations
Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding reservations or service inquiries


Provide accurate quotes, service details, and vehicle availability


Book new trips in our system and confirm reservation details with clients


Assist clients in understanding procedures, policies, and service features


Build long-term relationships by going the extra mile on every interaction


Dispatching & Operations
Assign the right driver to the right trip based on schedule, proximity, and client requirements


Monitor driver activity: ensure they’re awake, en route, and on time


Keep tabs on flight statuses, last-minute client changes, and adjust dispatch accordingly


Communicate clearly with chauffeurs about any reservation updates or special instructions


Track trip progress and proactively solve any in-service issues


Admin & System Tasks
Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction and service in the database


Match client invoices with confirmed reservations and accept payments when needed


Review emails consistently and respond in a timely and professional manner


Handle secondary administrative assignments during low call volume periods


Update internal teams and logs as needed to ensure seamless operations



What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience
Prior work in a call center, hospitality, dispatching, or limo transportation industry


Familiarity with LimoAnywhere (strongly preferred)


Appointment setting, cold calling, or customer upselling experience is a plus


Required Skills & Traits
Strong verbal and written communication in English


High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency


Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities


Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented under pressure


Fast learner with excellent tech and software skills


Flexible availability for 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays



Technical Requirements
Two monitors at the time of hire


A reliable high-speed internet connection


Quiet workspace and noise-canceling headset


Proficiency in:


Microsoft Office Suite


Web browsers, mapping tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.)



Email
and scheduling software

Education & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required


Hospitality, transportation, or customer service experience strongly preferred


Experience with scheduling platforms or CRM systems is a plus
