We’re now reaching out to patients who haven’t visited in a while, and we’re looking for a people-loving, charismatic cold caller to help us reconnect.

The Role

We’re hiring a remote cold caller to reach out to our valued past patients and invite them back to Dental Folk. You’ll follow a well-written, friendly script—but it’s your personality and warmth that will make the difference.

You’ll also be booking appointments directly into our dental software, CareStack, so being organised and detail-focused is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to a provided list of past patients
• Follow our friendly, structured call script with flexibility to personalise
• Share updates about our new name, upgraded tech, and warm community feel
• Book appointments directly into our CareStack dental software
• Handle basic patient questions and objections with confidence and empathy
• Record outcomes and follow-up tasks clearly after each call

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have an outgoing, warm personality and genuinely enjoy talking to people
• Are confident and clear on the phone, with a friendly, natural tone
• Have experience in customer service, phone sales, or healthcare admin (preferred)
• Can speak fluent English with neutral or light accent; understanding Aussie slang or conversational style is a bonus!
• Are organised and accurate with appointment booking and patient details
• Can work independently and stay on task without close supervision
• Have a reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace

Bonus Points If You:
• Have used CareStack, Dental4Windows, or similar healthcare booking software
• Are familiar with Australian customer service expectations
• Have worked with dental, medical, or allied health practices before
