Reels / TikTok Video Editor (with optional Canva Carousel Design)

We’re looking for a highly skilled, creative, and reliable video editor to join our content team and help us create high-retention Reels and TikToks. These are short-form videos at the intersection of AI, storytelling, creativity, and purpose-driven business.

You’ll be working closely with our founder, Sam Thompson, to edit 5–7 Reels per week based on provided scripts, voiceovers, or raw clips. We’re aiming for scroll-stopping quality clean captions, rhythm, emotion, and smart use of hooks and punchlines.

Bonus if you can also design engaging Canva carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn based on our templates, research, or long-form content. These will usually be 5–10 slides, minimalist and story-driven.

We're after someone who:
- Understands story and how to pace a video to retain attention
- Knows how to use music, captions, and rhythm to elevate meaning
- Has an eye for modern design and content that feels premium but accessible
- Is fluent in editing software (Final cut pro, Davinci preferred)
