Social Media Engagement Specialist – Reddit, Instagram, Facebook (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We’re looking for a social media engagement assistant to help grow our faceless YouTube channels by actively engaging in comment threads, relevant communities, and strategic discussions on Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook. Your job is to drive interest, visibility, and traffic back to our videos and brand without being spammy.

Responsibilities:
– Comment thoughtfully and naturally on Reddit threads relevant to our content topics
– Engage on Instagram and Facebook under provided accounts or profiles
– Spark conversation and contribute value that builds curiosity about our channels
– Report weekly activity and provide screenshots or summaries
– Follow clear instructions and be highly detail-oriented

Requirements:
– Strong written English
– A good sense of what goes viral or sparks interest
– Bonus if you’re already active on Reddit or social platforms
– Must include the phrase “Engage with purpose” in your subject line to prove attention to detail

Compensation:
?100–?150 per hour depending on experience
Flexible hours – we care more about quality and consistency than strict schedules
