Are you a hungry, reliable, and confident communicator with experience in real estate cold calling or virtual assistance?
We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate wholesaling company on a mission to help distressed homeowners while closing profitable deals—and we’re hiring 3 rockstar Cold Calling & Admin VAs to help us scale.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
- At least 2 sample audio recordings demonstrating client interactions
- Contactable references from your previous employer


What You’ll Be Doing
- Place high-volume outbound calls to property owners (pre-foreclosure, inherited homes, etc.)
- Use our proven script and objection handlers to engage with sellers
- Qualify leads and flag motivated sellers for our acquisitions team
- Set appointments or pass warm leads to agents
- Update CRM, tag and disposition leads, and take detailed call notes
- Follow up with interested or qualified leads
- Communicate with our U.S. team daily and hit weekly goals


You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Fluent English (C2 level) with a neutral or clear accent (Spanish is a plus)
- Proven experience in cold calling or lead generation, especially in real estate
- Confidence and resilience in tough conversations
- Strong organizational & data entry skills
- Familiarity with dialers (BatchDialer, Mojo, CallTools), CRMs, and Google Sheets
- A quiet work environment and stable internet
- A growth mindset: You learn fast, take feedback well, and show up consistently


Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
- Rate per hr: TBD based on experience
- Performance Bonus: $150 for every lead that closes
- Monthly Salary Potential: $800–$1,300/month (starting)

Bonus Structure:
+5% base pay every 6 months (for 12 cycles)
Commission on every closed deal
