Part-time or full-time t-shirt designer.

Hi guys,
I am looking for a part-time or full-time t-shirt designer.
***What I need from you:
1. GREAT DESIGN SKILL & CREATIVITY.
2. Good English + understanding the American market.
3. The ability to create 20-30 designs per day on average (simple & basic design not so complicated).
4. Ability to convert BMP/JPEG image to vector is an advantage, for example, http://prntscr.com/ckk4ax
***My kind of designs are quite simple with text, vector, and some basic effect so that if you are skillful at Photoshop/Illustrator, you can make then super easy.

***I will pay from $1-$2 per simple design, with 10-20 designs per day.

I will invite you to access to a board on trello with a brief description of design info, you will design it, or redesign it, make it unique and better than the original. After your design done, you will upload the artwork to google drive folder and the mockup to trello board.

Make sure you include your portfolio so that I can check your skill, I will message you with an example of 3 different potential designs and I would like to see what you can do with those.
And also let me know that if you can had the advantage of no.4 skill I mentioned above.
