As part of our expansion, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant (Loan Processor) to support our brokers and help manage the end-to-end loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end processing of mortgage and asset finance applications

Complete serviceability assessments and prepare submission documents

Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders

Prepare compliance documentation and maintain accurate client files

Conduct preliminary loan research, lender comparisons, and product analysis as required

Update CRM systems, manage emails, and perform general administrative tasks

Ensure all documentation complies with relevant lending and regulatory standards in Australia

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar loan processing or broker support role within the Australian finance industry

Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and asset finance processes

Familiarity with Australian lenders and financial products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks

Experience with CRM systems and loan platforms (e.g., Mercury, ApplyOnline, Podium, Salesforce – preferred but not mandatory)

Tech-savvy and confident working in a virtual, fast-paced environment

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with a mortgage or finance broker in Australia

Knowledge of NCCP compliance requirements and responsible lending guidelines
