Lead Researcher - Homeowner Contact Lists for Solar (Pay Per Valid Lead)

Im looking for someone detail-oriented and fast to help me build custom call lists for solar outreach. You'll be researching South and West Roof Sloping Houses in Gated Communities in Arizona (SRP Utility Provider Area) using both ReGrid to check owner's names & TruePeopleSearch to confirm the name on ReGrid still lives there, to collect phone numbers and full names for a contact list, which you will plug into a shared excel file. Will need to look up gated community homes and select only homes in gated communities.
