JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to help with answering emails from customers of our Danish women’s fashion dropshipping store. You will use clear guidelines and documents to help answer customer questions in a polite and professional way.

This is a remote position, and you will be paid per hour.

What you will do:

- Answer customer emails using provided templates and documents
- Help customers with questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns
- Always respond in a friendly, clear, and helpful way
- Follow the instructions and workflows we provide

Requirements:

- You must be able to read, write, and speak English very well
- You are polite, patient, and professional in your communication
- You can work independently and manage your time
- You understand that this is a dropshipping store (we don’t hold stock ourselves)
- You are able to give, take and implement feedback
