Real Estate Cold Calling VA - Lead Manager (Wholesaling)

We are Heroes Buy Houses a U.S. based real estate investment company.

We are hiring a highly motivated Cold Caller VA to help us contact homeowners in the Florida market (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach).

? You will be calling U.S. homeowners using our dialer system
? You will pre-qualify motivated sellers using our provided scripts (NEPQ-based)
? You will update CRM (Zoho CRM) with lead notes & call dispositions
? You will schedule follow-up appointments for our Acquisitions Manager

Skills required:

Excellent spoken & written English

Previous real estate cold calling experience preferred

Experience using dialers (BatchDialer)

CRM experience is a plus (Zoho CRM or similar)

Organized, detail-oriented, reliable

Willing to learn advanced sales psychology

Day US Eastern Time: Philippines Time:
Monday 3 PM – 7 PM 3 AM – 7 AM
Tuesday 3 PM – 7 PM 3 AM – 7 AM
Thursday 3 PM – 7 PM 3 AM – 7 AM
Saturday 10 AM – 2 PM 10 PM – 2 AM

? Total: 16 hours per week
? 4 days per week
? Consistent, professional, sustainable calling hours

PAY:
Starting at $5/hour USD

Performance bonus up to $100/month
