Video Editor for TikTok/IG Reels

We’re looking for a skilled and creative video editor to join our team and create high-quality TikTok and Instagram Reels focused on culture, history, sports, and storytelling. Our content is rooted in Dominican and Latin identity, and it drives real impact and brand growth.

Your Responsibilities:
- Edit 30–60 second Reels/TikToks with strong pacing, emotion, and style
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and culturally relevant B-roll
- Work from scripts or creative briefs and bring them to life
- Match trending TikTok/IG styles, ---------- pacing, and viral rhythm
- Organize and label files for easy revision and reuse
- Deliver fast (within 24–48 hours per video)

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of video editing experience
- Strong attention to detail and storytelling
- Fluent in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci
- Working knowledge of Photoshop
- Good communication and file organization skills
- Able to work independently and hit deadlines

Bonus if you:
- Understand Dominican/Latin/Caribbean culture
- Speak or understand Spanish
- Have experience with viral-style editing or faceless reels
