Position Overview:
This position is responsible for problem resolution of assigned EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) issues in a timely manner, in accordance with departmental priorities. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating with customers and vendors the trading of electronic documents, proposing changes needed to interface to other business applications, and monitoring and troubleshooting transmissions of those documents.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a first line of support for ERP, EDI and related software
• EDI Transaction issue support (GUI and flat file issues)
• Fix known data errors utilizing appropriate programming tools and resources
• Performance related monitoring and troubleshooting
• Interact with users and other team members to categorize and resolve data and systematic issues
• Participate in the testing of programs and systems to ensure proper functionality
• Recommend and implement solutions for improvements and bug corrections
• Document, Analyze, and track user issues for internal and external software development resources to ensure sufficient information is available to effectively track down and correct issues
• Determine and test scenarios to reproduce user errors

Qualifications :
• Ability to work either United States Pacific 9am to 5pm or Eastern 11am to 7pm
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience supporting ERP and EDI systems.
• 3 - 5 years of experience with development of the 850, 855, 856, 810, and other retail Document Types
• SQL Scripting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate free of technical language to the business and end-user
• Experience troubleshooting, analyzing and documenting software operational issues
• Knowledge of QA methodology and process improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at all levels
• Confident and energetic self-starter with good follow-through
