Graphic Designer – Packaging Production

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to support our U.S.-based in-house creative team with packaging layout production. This is an opportunity for an experienced designer who can follow brand guidelines and deliver accurate, print-ready files.

We are launching over 600 new SKUs, and need help building packaging layouts in Adobe Illustrator, using existing dielines, templates, and brand assets. This is a production role — with minimal creative concepting needed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build packaging files in Adobe Illustrator using provided dielines and layout templates
• Place product images, icons, legal copy, barcodes, and other content as per brand guidelines
• Prepare clean, print-ready files that meet technical specifications
• Work with our U.S. graphics team for approvals, revisions, and updates via email or shared platforms
• Manage multiple layout files efficiently and consistently meet deadlines
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in packaging design or production layout
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (CC or newer)
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow design templates precisely
• Comfortable with repetitive layout work and handling high volumes of SKUs
• Good file management and organization practices
• Understanding of print production processes (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English (written) and ability to work across time zones
• Applicants must have reliable internet, access to Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to work independently
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with U.S. or international clients
