* Send 100–150 targeted connection requests weekly
* Start friendly convos (non-pitchy) with property managers & real estate pros
* Book 4–8 qualified intro calls per week
* Track leads in a Google Sheet
* Send follow-ups and report weekly progress

* Write in clear, natural English

* Can commit to 20 hours/week consistently
