About the Role:
We’re looking for a Data Analytics & Systems Specialist to join the global team at Crisp, the #1 law firm growth company in the U.S. This role is full-time, remote (PH-based), and ideal for a systems-minded problem solver with deep experience in data analytics, dashboard engineering, and automation.

You’ll be the connector between data, systems, and strategy — building workflows, diagnosing sync issues, and ensuring accurate insights across Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and dashboard tools (e.g., Domo, Looker).

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build dashboards using Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools
* Create automated workflows between Salesforce, HubSpot, Sheets, and Zapier
* Troubleshoot data integrity issues, sync errors, and broken formulas
* Translate business needs into structured, scalable tools
* Document processes and eliminate redundant workflows
* Own accuracy and alignment across all connected systems

What We’re Looking For:
* 4–5+ years experience in data analytics, systems integration, or ops engineering
* Mastery of Google Sheets/Excel (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, and API integrations
* Working knowledge of SQL and Python or Node.js
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with global teams and asynchronous communication
* Ownership mindset — proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven

*Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Domo, Looker, Tableau, or similar
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with the legal, B2B, SaaS, or marketing industries
