Virtual Assistant – TikTok Influencer Agency Support

We’re working with a fast-growing U.S.-based TikTok influencer marketing agency, and they’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, has experience working with content creators or social media influencers, and is confident managing inboxes, calendars, and client communications.

You’ll be the organizational engine behind the scenes—helping founders stay on top of emails, meetings, pitch pipelines, and operational tasks that keep things moving.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily email communications by organizing, prioritizing, and drafting responses to ensure seamless inbox management
- Coordinate and maintain a comprehensive calendar schedule, including reminders and day-to-day meeting logistics
- Develop and maintain an updated sales tracking pipeline, ensuring every pitch and client interaction is properly recorded and followed up
- Assist in crafting and tailoring pitch templates to align with specific brand deal targets and client needs
- Provide operational support including document management, data entry, and preparing detailed reports and presentations
