Rockstar Landscape Designer / Architect (Structure Studios Expert)

Landcrafters Florida is a fast-growing, high-end landscape design and build firm serving luxury residential and commercial clients across Tampa Bay. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Rockstar Landscape Designer with elite Structure Studios skills to support our growing design team.

What You'll Do:

Support our Florida-based design team (currently 2, soon to be 3) by creating stunning landscape layouts, renderings, and design visuals in Structure Studios

Create full visual presentations for luxury homes, HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties

Translate design notes, sketches, and site details into high-quality 2D and 3D plans

Incorporate Florida-appropriate plants and materials (you’ll be trained on our standards)

Collaborate closely with Landcrafters' team using Aspire, CompanyCam, and shared folders

Maintain strong attention to detail in measurements, scale, and visual accuracy

Adapt and revise designs quickly based on feedback

Help raise the visual bar for our brand and make our clients say “WOW!”

What We’re Looking For:

Mastery of Structure Studios – this is non-negotiable

Degree in Landscape Architecture or Design; Master's preferred but not required

Familiarity with Florida plant palettes—or the ability to master them quickly (experience is a major plus!)

Fast, accurate, and visually creative with an eye for premium design

Highly technical and organized – detail is everything

Strong internet, reliable computer (capable of handling Structure Studios), and responsive communication

Able to work during overlapping hours with US Eastern Time

Bonus: Experience with Aspire, CompanyCam, or other landscape platforms

What We Offer:

Competitive pay based on experience and skill (60,000 PHP – 100,000 PHP/month (approx. $1,000 – $1,750 USD/month))
