Lifeline Capital Group is a California-based real estate investment company actively seeking experienced cold callers to help us connect with motivated homeowners.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
Call U.S. homeowners using our scripts and dialer

Build rapport and ask if they’re open to selling their property

Handle objections confidently and professionally

Take detailed call notes and update our CRM

Set follow-ups for interested leads

???? Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (neutral or light accent preferred)

Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales (real estate is a big plus)

Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection

Confident, coachable, and consistent on the phones

Familiar with dialers and CRMs

? Work Schedule:
2 to 6 hours a day

Monday to Friday

U.S. time zone (Pacific Time)

???? Compensation:
$5/hour

Performance-based bonuses available
