Virtual Assistant – Social Media Video Editor (Apartment Locating)

About Me:
I’m an apartment locator based in Texas helping clients find their dream apartments for free. I’m growing fast and looking for a creative, reliable VA to help me build my social media presence and boost clientele.

What You’ll Do:

Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels (2–3 posts per day)

Add captions, trending sounds, and relevant hashtags

Help schedule or post content consistently

Organize video clips, content calendar, and ideas

Occasionally repurpose old content for new posts

Must-Haves:

Strong English skills (written & spoken)

Experience editing videos for social media (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Understanding of TikTok & IG trends

Eye for aesthetics, captions, and good timing

Able to work independently and meet daily posting goals

Bonus if you have:

Canva or graphic design skills

Experience in real estate or apartment locating content

Familiarity with U.S. rental market (especially Houston/Austin)
