We are a fast-growing landscaping and turf care business based in Georgia, USA, operating two brands: The Grounds Guys of Stone Mountain and GrassRoots Turf of Atlanta. We serve residential and commercial clients with services including lawn care, irrigation, lighting, grading, and installation.

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can help us stay organized, responsive, and efficient.

????? Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Scheduling

Answer and screen calls (via VOIP or forwarding system)

Respond to inquiries and schedule estimates or service appointments

Use our CRM to update client notes and track follow-ups

Communicate with field team via chat/SMS to confirm schedules

Admin & Coordination

Monitor email inbox and respond or escalate as needed

Input job data into our system (LMN, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel)

Assist with proposal formatting and sending using templates

Create daily task lists and ensure crews have job info in advance

Errand Coordination & QA Support

Help assign and track local gig workers for errands or site visits

Check-in with field crews to verify completion of quality checks

? What You Need to Succeed
Excellent written and spoken English

Comfortable calling and texting customers in the U.S.

Highly responsive and organized with strong attention to detail

Familiar with or able to learn tools like:

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, LMN preferred)

VOIP tools (Google Voice, WhatsApp, RingCentral, etc.)

A proactive attitude — you don’t wait to be told what to do next

???? Work Schedule
Must be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET (U.S. Eastern Time)

Occasional weekend check-ins or follow-ups may be needed

Flexible part-time hours to start, with potential for full-time
