Real Estate Research VA ONLY – Lead Generation Expert (Buyers, Sellers, Funding Contacts)

We’re a small, high-level team working in global luxury real estate and hotel/resort transactions. We’re looking for a dedicated, smart, long-term VA who is:
• Great at research and outreach
• Strong in English (written + spoken)
• Understands buyers, funding, and real estate deal flow
• Can track info in Excel/Google Sheets
• Bonus: Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or real estate research

Responsibilities:
• Research hotel buyers, island buyers, asset management firms, and capital groups
• Identify off-market sellers
• Research project funders (debt + equity)
• Update trackers and take ownership of lead accuracy
• Communicate clearly with our U.S. team
• Optional: Send outreach messages on our behalf if qualified

This is a part-time role (12 hours/week to start) at $4/hour with bonus potential for closed deals.
