Lead Scrapers (scrape real estate agents from youtube) | full-time

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Your primary responsibility will be setting up campaigns for clients within our CRM system. You’ll be fully supported with Zoom training sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and clearly documented SOPs—but we expect you to pick things up quickly, work fast, and get things right the first time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with systems, and takes real pride in doing things efficiently and accurately. If you're looking for a job where you can coast—this isn't it.

What You’ll Do:

- use octoparse software to scrape real estate agent Youtube channels
- find first name, last name, email and number from the leads
- craft a personal note about the video on their channel
- upload all details onto a google sheet and share the sheets with my email
Requirements:

- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

- Fast learner and comfortable with tech tools and CRM systems

- Extremely reliable and detail-oriented

- Fast, efficient, and accurate—mistakes and laziness are not tolerated

- Able to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines consistently

- Proactive and communicative—asks questions when needed and doesn’t go silent

- Must link your Whatsapp mobile number and email with your application

Nice to Have (but not required):

- Experience working with lead scraping

- Previous VA or tech assistant experience

Hours:
This role will start on a full-time pay per lead scraped basis as we assess how long tasks take. If you’re good, there’s plenty of room to grow with us.
