We’re Tribe Superfood — a raw, small-batch mushroom coffee brand powered by storytelling and viral TikTok videos. Think Nathan & Sons meets Ryze Coffee. We film the entire process from mushroom to mug in a commercial kitchen and need you to craft the scroll-stopping narratives that bring it all to life.

???? Your Mission:
Write captivating TikTok video scripts that:

Follow the Nathan & Sons storytelling style

Leverage ASMR visuals, emotional storytelling, and clear product education

Convert views into purchases by making people say: “I need this in my morning routine.”

???? Script Style Inspiration:
You’ll be writing videos like these:

?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Write 3-5 TikTok scripts per day (hook ? narrative ? call to action)

Study what’s working in our niche and continually improve storytelling flow

Collaborate with our founder, editor team, and media kitchen for visual alignment

Experiment with multiple marketing angles (flow state, anxiety relief, gut health, bloating, energy, immunity, etc.)

???? Ideal Candidate:
You’ve studied (or obsessed over) Nathan & Sons-style storytelling

You can write fast, clever, and emotionally-driven copy

You understand TikTok pacing, voiceover rhythm, and visual cues

You love health, wellness, or better yet—mushroom coffee

Bonus if you have experience with TikTok ad creatives or direct-response brands

Full-time: 40 hours/week

$1,000/month base
