I’m a full-time real estate agent with active leadership roles, and I’m currently seeking a virtual assistant to support me with daily tasks. I’m looking for someone who is highly creative, organized, and proactive—someone who can jump in, learn quickly, and take initiative without needing constant direction. This role will involve a mix of administrative support, content coordination, and helping me stay organized as I manage both my business and leadership responsibilities.
Here’s What I Need Help With:
Content Creation & Social Media
Posting consistent daily content using a monthly Realtor content service I subscribe to (ideas and graphics are already created—just need help posting and managing)
Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels,
Writing engaging captions with hashtags, hooks, and calls to action
Repurposing and organizing content into categories for reuse
Monitoring comments and inbox messages
Lead Management & System Optimization
Assisting in setting up systems to input leads from open houses, events, social media, etc. into a database or CRM (this is currently not automated)
Managing and updating my client database—right now I use KV Core, RealScout, and HomeActions (for newsletters)
Helping create workflows or checklists to streamline my follow-ups and touchpoints
Tracking leads and follow-up deadlines
Reviewing my current processes and recommending ways to improve or automate tasks
Business Development Support
Reviewing my current social media platforms and website to evaluate consistency, branding, and engagement strategies
Assisting with event promotion and organization—right now, I’m co-hosting an event with a new home builder and plan to do more of these collaborations
Helping grow my relationships with new home builders through marketing, outreach, and strategy

Ideal Candidate Traits
Reliable and communicative
Comfortable with social media tools and video editing
Familiar with real estate CRMs (or willing to learn KV Core, RealScout, etc.)
Able to work independently and take initiative
Creative and organized with great attention to detail
