Overview:
We’re producing a character-driven, cinematic YouTube docuseries focused on white-collar crime, fraud, and corporate corruption. We need a video editor who’s not only sharp with pacing, tension, and B-roll — but also capable of designing eye-catching, click-worthy thumbnails. Deadlines are strict. Communication must be proactive. This is a high-trust role for someone who executes professionally and consistently.

Responsibilities:
• Edit 1–2 cinematic narrative episodes per week (8–12 minutes).
• Design custom thumbnails that convey tone, intrigue, and visual hook.
• Use archival footage, SFX, and graphics to tell clean, compelling stories.
• Follow scripts and visual direction precisely and on time.
• Meet all production deadlines — lateness will not be tolerated.
• Stay responsive and engaged — we will not chase editors for updates.
