Customer Support Assistant (eCommerce – Health & Beauty)

Location: Remote
Language: English and Spanish
Type: Part-time, with potential to grow into full-time
Schedule: Flexible, ideally 4–8+ hours per day
Pay: 2-6 USD/hour

We are a fast-growing online store focused on health, beauty, and weight loss products. We’re looking for a reliable, quick-thinking customer support assistant with strong communication skills to join our remote team.

????? Main Responsibilities:
- Verify customer addresses before orders are processed
- Confirm and forward orders into the system
- Respond to customer questions via WhatsApp (through online tool)
- Follow up with clients whose orders haven’t been paid or delivered
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and clear tone at all times


? Requirements:
- Excellent speaking, writing, and grammar in English
- Stable internet connection and access to a computer
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Immediate availability
(Bonus) Basic Spanish skills
