???? What You’ll Do

Build, manage, and optimize project management systems in ClickUp and Google Sheets

Create automations and workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and AI agents

Translate high-level ideas into actionable systems, dashboards, or trackers

Clean up chaotic or unstructured data and turn it into usable insights

Research, test, and implement new tools (AI agents, ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable AI, etc.) to improve operations

Proactively manage ongoing projects and ensure smooth execution across teams

?? You Must Have

Advanced ClickUp skills — databases, templates, formulas, dashboards, and automations

Expertise in Google Sheets — complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting

Strong experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar

Experience supporting marketing, operations, or ecommerce teams through structured systems

Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and self-managed

Fluent in English with full-time availability during 9am - 5pm CET

Experience in DTC or ecommerce operations

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, or Slack integrations

AI automation or prompt engineering experience (e.g., ChatGPT+, n8n, Cursor, AI workflows)

Previous roles in operations coordination or as an executive assistant
